  1. Which information do we collect?

We collect the following personal data:

  • Name – to identify you as our customer and /or user of our website;
  • Email address – to carry out all communications regarding your orders, as well as to send promotional and informative emails about our products and services;
  • Address – for shipping your orders or accounting documentation;

We need this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and in particular for the following purposes:

This information is analyzed to identify your consumer profile. This analysis allows ANTIQUE Lda to send you information that is personalized and appropriate to your profile. We use statistical information related to the profiles of our customers to improve our offer and plan our communications. This treatment is based on your consent. We may use the information to personalize the website according to your interests, based on your consent.
  1. How long will the data be kept?

We keep your personal data for 2 consecutive years, after which you will be contacted to express your desire to preserve or delete your data from our database, without prejudice to the limitation periods and expiration of the exercise of rights of the ANTIQUE Lda, in accordance with the law, as well as of the preservation of personal data resulting from legal obligations.

  • Right of rectification

The holder of the personal data has the right to obtain from ANTIQUE Lda, without undue delay, rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning him.

  • Right to delete data (“right to be forgotten”)

The owner of the personal data has the right to ask ANTIQUE Lda to delete his data, without undue delay, and ANTIQUE Lda has the obligation to erase the personal data when one of the following reasons is confirmed:

(b) the data subject has withdrawn his consent for the processing of data (where treatment is based on consent) and there is no other basis for such treatment;

If the processing depends on the consent of the data subject and such consent has been provided by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning he or she and which he has provided to ANTIQUE Lda in a structured format , in use and automatic reading.

  • Right of opposition

In cases where the processing of data is carried out for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by ANTIQUE Lda or the processing of data is done for the purposes of direct marketing or profiling, the data holder may also, at any time, be opposed to the processing of the personal data.

  1. What action is taken in case of violation of personal data?

In the event of a violation of personal data, the controller shall notify the control authority without undue delay and, where possible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless the breach of personal data is not likely to result in risks to the rights and guarantees of natural persons.
