In the case the Customer wishes to return one or more articles we offer a maximum of 10 days after the order arrival, but the products must be intact and inside the original packaging, which cannot be damaged, altered or scratched.
The Customer must assure that the articles are returned within 15 days from receiving the order.
To exercise the right of return, the Customer should contact our Customer Support Team through the email: firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the order number, description or reference of the product(s) that wish to return.
The refund will be made through the same payment method of the order.
All shipping costs associated with any return/exchange falls upon the responsibility of the customer.
The customer must send us the article(s) that he/she intends to exchange/return to the following address:

The return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, as well as products without original packaging, or even products with signs of use, will not be accepted.
If we receive article under the conditions above stated or with a transit sticker on the packaging, the customer will loose the right to be refunded and will have a period of 10 days to collect the article(s), assuming the associated costs.
